My Process

While no two projects are ever the same, there are certain approaches that I take in all my projects to ensure that my design solutions provide the most value possible. I use a user-centered design approach to create a valuable and pleasing experience for users. I use empathetic design techniques throughout my process to ensure solutions are focused on users. I also believe in an iterative process, sometimes going back or repeating steps are crucial to achieve more suitable solutions.
